Designed to build confidence and help athletes stand out during tryouts. Players will get a feel for the club environment as we welcome the Lady Spartans program into ours, while also gaining additional exposure to coaches prior to tryouts.

U14 - Tuesday & Thursday 6:30-8:00

U15 - Monday & Wednesday 6:30-8:00

U16 - Monday & Wednesday 5:00-6:30

U17/U18 - Tuesday & Thursday 5:00-6:30
